bibic

bibic is a national charity providing assessment, therapy and practical help for families from all over the UK whose children have conditions such as autism, aspergers, ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, and specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia and dyspraxia. Using techniques developed and refined over the past 35 years, bibic’s approach is to work positively with the whole family to help the child achieve his/her potential for a fulfilled and happy life. Whilst we cannot perform miracles, we have countless stories of children who, with bibic’s help, begin to improve and develop, often in ways their parents never thought possible. In 2008 we worked with almost 1000 children and their families. Yet bibic receives no core funding from government. We are entirely reliant on the voluntary contributions of generous individuals, groups and companies who make it possible for us to do this life-enhancing work.

It costs £4,500 per year to provide assessment and associated practical help to every child who visits bibic. These costs are met through fundraising activities and supportive individuals and businesses.. This is where you can help, by pledging to do a sponsored parachute jump and raise at least £400 you can raise money and have your own experience of a lifetime
